When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you provide: name, company, country, email, service interest, budget range and your message. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
Inquiry details are used solely to respond to you and prepare a proposal. Analytics are used to improve the site. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
Inquiry data is stored in our email and CRM systems, accessible only to the TRIPLVI team. We retain inquiries for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and delete on request.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@triplvi.com and we will action the request promptly.
