TRIPLVI Marketing Studio (“TRIPLVI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds brands. Doing that well requires trust — and trust starts with how we handle the information people share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to triplvi.com, the VI Client Portal, the Internal Team Portal, and any other digital property operated by TRIPLVI.
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what our systems collect automatically, and what our platform generates as part of delivering our services.
Information you provide directly: name, company name, job title and country; email, phone and WhatsApp contact details; brand and business information submitted through inquiry forms, briefs and onboarding documents; payment and billing details where required to process a retainer or project invoice; and any content, assets or credentials shared with us to deliver a service.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type and operating system; pages visited, time spent on the site and referral source; and cookie and tracking data, as described in our Cookie Policy.
Information generated through our services: content performance data from managed social media, advertising and email accounts; analytics and reporting data produced through Studio VI, our proprietary platform; and records of approvals, feedback and communication exchanged through the VI Client Portal.
Every piece of data we collect serves a defined purpose. We do not collect information without a reason attached to it.
| Purpose | What it enables |
|---|---|
| Service delivery | Running campaigns, managing social accounts, producing content and reporting results |
| Communication | Responding to inquiries, sending proposals and providing account updates |
| Client Portal access | Authenticating logins and personalising the VI Client Portal experience |
| Billing & invoicing | Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records |
| Performance reporting | Measuring and reporting the results of campaigns and content we manage |
| Platform improvement | Understanding how our website and portal are used, to improve both |
| Legal compliance | Meeting our obligations under applicable law in the markets we operate in |
TRIPLVI does not sell personal information. We do not trade client data for advertising revenue, and we never will. Information is shared only in the following circumstances:
We retain personal and business information only for as long as it is needed to deliver our services, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Client account data, brand assets and campaign records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for reporting continuity and legal purposes. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Access to client data — brand assets, ad accounts, portal credentials, financial information — is restricted to the team members directly involved in delivering that engagement. The VI Client Portal and Internal Team Portal are access-controlled, and credentials are never shared outside the engagement they belong to. No system is entirely without risk, and TRIPLVI works continuously to maintain security standards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
TRIPLVI operates across the UAE, KSA, Europe and the Syria & Levant region. Where information is transferred across borders — for example, between our team and a service provider located in another country — we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent standard of protection to that described in this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@triplvi.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
TRIPLVI’s services are directed at businesses and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
As TRIPLVI grows, this policy will be updated to reflect new services, platforms and regulatory requirements. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
